lent days 38,39,40 - saturdays work out

on the lent front i have developed the habit now and not eating chocolate or crisps if not really an effort - so i have not had a scrap!

on the other hand i ate out on saturday and had a much needed drink or 2! - so im not saying im a saint but im headed in the right direction - i think

friday rest day - having worked out 4 days on the bounce

saturday - worked out as follows -

25 min tracy rif swing workout with 16kg - 500 reps

7 min snatch test with 12kg = 5 x 15r/15l 1 x 10l/10r - 170 reps total

sunday rest day - as i could hardly move after the snatch test!

todays plan is a swing workout of sorts and maybe powerswings or squats to finish

we shall see
