22.5 mins and 300 reps - terrible workout - bad headache - left hand a nightmare from the off and finished with a blister on my palm - due mainly to protecting my callouses and the bloody awful handle on the 12 kg bell
Food wise I ate peaches and oranges mid afternoon and pork casserole with beans for dinner
Not the healthiest meal but due to work I was late and Yvette cooked so I had little control over my meal
Will have to rest tomorrow and let my hands recover - then shoulders on thursday which will allow hands another day to recover
