Abstention day 9 - heavy snatch/swing

No chocolate

No crisps

W/o as follows -

16kg swing 10/10 x 4
16kg snatch 5/5 x 4

20kg snatch 8/8 x 5
20kg snatch 10/10 x 1

20kg swing x 10/10 x 5

Workout went well but my right shoulder is "off" not sure what the problem is but something is not quite right - small amount of heat/pain in joint

Head is really not in the eating plan at the moment - but I'm doing my level best to stick somewhere close
