weighed in this morning 13st7 - 3lbs down over the last 2 weeks - slow but steady progress - would like to think i can carry this on for a while - using "the swing" approach to eating and training (with some shoulder/snatch work added in) - it seems to suit me at the moment - weekends are more difficult - but mainly due to social commitments and pressure from yvette who doesn't necessarily think the programme is a great idea - but hey ho i have to try
I HAVE TO LOOSE WEIGHT AND GET IN THE BEST SHAPE OF MY LIFE FOR MY BOYS - THEY DESERVE A FIT AND HEALTHY DAD - WHO WILL BE AROUND FOR A LONG TIME.
