Heavy shoulder ladder (of sorts!)

W/o as follows -

2 x 5/5 club torch press
4 x 5/5 16kg military press
6 x 5/5 20kg military press
4 x 10/10 club laterals
2 x 5/5 club torch press

Shoulders are toast - felt ok. It a little uneasy in left socket? Few overhead hold sorted it though
Problems with right side seem gone
