10 2hd swings x 5 sets
5l/5r x 5 sets
10 sw/tr x 5 sets
10 2hd + 5l/5r + 10sw/tr x 5 sets
10 2hd swings x 10 sets
600 reps total - simple as that - sweat buckets - felt great
slight slip on eating plan again - but today was my cheat day and i did qualify by loosing weight this week!
