I trained snatch/power swings on Saturday, swings on Monday and shoulders Tuesday - I planned to train swings again today but I'm just aim pooped
So I hope I made the sensible decision and decided to rest rather than train - don't get me wrong I could have trained but I'm not sure I would have gained much as it would have been a struggle from the off
So swings postponed til tomorrow - and as I'm off work I'll maybe do some sledgehammer work too and some waiter/rack walks to finish it off
Big plans!
Oh by the way shoulders still toast!
