New swing w/o

Ladder based w/o -

15/15 work/rest x 10 sets=5 min
30/30 work/rest x 5 sets =5 min
45/15 work/rest x 5 sets =5 min
60/60 work rest x 10 sets =10 min
45/15 work/rest x 5 sets =5 min
30/30 work/rest x 5 sets =5 min
15/15 work/rest x 10 sets=5 min

So 40 mins work mostly equal work to rest apart from the 45 sec work sets - which are either side of the longer rest of the 60/60 sets - this longer workout needs to be done either on days off or after a rest day ideally

Will try this this afternoon and log actual details later
