Early start isn't good for fasting!
Work early today 5am!! And already I'm starting to think about food - this to me proves my need for food is but psychological and habitual! Well obviously I need food but - my mInd is telling me I need it now - only because I am awake earlier than usual NOT BECAUSE IM HUNGRY
