Swing w/o - job done

Life almost got in the way tonight - so it was a late w/o

As a result - my heart was far from in it - BUT I did it all the same and I think that is the most important thing - it would have been easier to give it a miss - but I need to form the habit more than anything - HABIT WORKS FOR ME

W/o as follows -

25 mins swings 16kg -

10 2hd swing x 5 sets 15/15
5l/5r x 5 sets 15/15
10 sw/tr x 5 sets 30/30
20 2hd swing x 5 sets 30/30
5l/5r/5l/5r x 5 sets 30/30
10 sw/tr x 5 sets 30/30

Not much else to say apart from - hip hurts
