i have the ability to throw myself into a fitness/workout routine and stick rigidly to that routine and sometimes pig headedly to the point i injure myself
so why..........
why can i not do the same with my eating plans/diets/lifestyle changes - call them what you will
i really just seem to be stupid - i have something missing.... i really must have - the bit of my brain that knows i want to loose weight and get in shape appears to have no link to the bit that says go on fat boy whats another donut between friends! i believe it i really do - im not normal.......:-(
But what to do ..............
