its based around (as i see it) intermittent fasting - this involves me eating all my daily calories between 1030am and 630pm and nothing but coffee and water in the "fast" period - im finding it rather easy? despite the usual thoughts of "i havent eaten for ever!!" and the occasional headache (like now!)
im eating a carb based meal early in the day - usually porridge
a carb and protein based meal at lunch - soup/meat/roll or fish/roll - yogurt and fruit
and a protein based meal in the evening - meat/fish + salad or veg
a "cheat" day on friday but this is a 2 hr period NOT ALL DAY! and only if i loose weight that week
we shall see if it works and i will remain as positive as possible about this plan as it seems ideal for me at the outset - so lets go!
