Shoulder w/o - oh my toast!

Shoulder w/o as follows -

6kg torch press
5/5, 6/6, 7/7, 8/8, 9/9, 10/10, 9/9, 8/8, 7/7, 6/6, 5/5 - struggled with last few reps mainly on left side
16kg military press
5 x 5/5 - strict press - last few reps on left side were a struggle
6kg club swipes
10/10, 9/9, 8/8, 7/7, 6/6, 5/5 - left shoulder felt "weird" not sure what was off but something was.....

SHOULDERS ARE TOAST!!!!!
