5am start again very tired, very stressed - need a rest!
Heavy shoulder w/o as follows-
16kg strict military press
5/5,6/6,7/7,8/8,9/9,10/10
Concentrated on core stability and control on press and controlled negative
20kg push press
10/10,9/9,8/8,7/7,6/6,5/5
Last set of 20kg tried to do strict military press managed 5/4 - left shoulder let me down
NICE
Audit food provided - bought sandwiches and sausage rolls etc
No chocolate
No crisps
That is all time to sleep sng
