No crisps
No workout - life was tough today and just about everything conspired against me as far as squeezing a workout in - so I decided as I've trained 3 days on the trot I would swap tomorrows rest day to today
On the diet front I managed the fast part and got through the day in fine fashion - over ate slightly at dinner but nothing to bad - the serious downfall came via a "big" handful of jelly sweets - but I guess things are improving as I did stop at a handful rather than the full bag
Feel guilty for letting myself and the boys down
And feeling sorry for myself too (wtf?)
