Abstention day 7 - work into rest

No chocolate

No crisps

16kg swing work out -

30 2hd swings x 15 sets 45/15 (took extra rest after 10 sets-this is so hard)
Followed by-
10 20kg powerswings x 5 sets

This was the toughest w/o this week - felt so hard right from the off heart rate was thru the roof - my grip was dodgy after 10 sets but did my best to keep it going a mixture of sweat, pain and tiredness made it difficult to keep hold of the bell

Food - Sunday lunch out and. It a great deal else

Back to blogging food tomorrow as life should be back to normal - I hope
