Diet fuck - swing w/o

Diet no comment apart from what the fuck is wrong with me??

W/ o as follows -
20kg 2hd swing wk out

10 2hd x 2
20 2 hd
30 2hd
40 2hd
30 2hd
20 2hd
10 2hd x 2
180 reps
Repeat 3 times 540 reps

Great session - grip and forearms toasted
Had to use 16kg bell for 30 and 40 rep sets on last round as grip wouldn't have it with the 20!!

2 x callus ripped of right hand - not good
