lent day 29 - shoulder workout

no chocolate

no crisps

work out as follows -

5 x 10l/10r 6kg (powerclub) torch press
5 x 5l/5r 16kg (kettlebelll) military press
5 x 10l/10r 6kg powerclub swipes

top work out - very tough - shoulders = toast!!
