Lent day 28 - simply swings

No chocolate

No crisps

Work out as follows -

20 sets x 20 2 hd 16kg swings 30/30 work/rest

400 swings 20 mins work

These were a lot tougher than they should have been - but still had power swings in my legs from sunday

Tomorrow will have to be club work to avoid use of the legs!!
