Lent day 21 - Mondays work out
No chocolate
No crisps
SOME chips (mmmmmm yum)
Workout as follows -
5 rounds-
120ft waiter walk l/r 16kg
15 club swipes l/r 6kg
Followed by -
2 x 180 ft rack walks 2 x 16kg
300ft farmers walk 2 x 16kg
