Time got away on me today and by the time I disappeared into the garage to workout it was 9pm
So had to squeeze as much as poss into the shortest time - so worked into rest 16kg swings as follows -
24 2hd x 5 sets
12 sw/tr x 5 sets
6/6/6/6 x 5 sets
12/12 x 5 sets
All started on the minute - approx 35/25 wk/rest
12 2hd, 6sw/tr, 3/3/3/3, 6/6, 12 tr x 2 sets +/-1 min 30 each set
So 23 mins and 600 swings - time well spent eh?
In short I am fooked and off to bed soon
Rest day tomorrow - heavy snatch work on Saturday
