Rested Wednesday due to feeling exhausted
Worked out today as follows - 20kg swings -

1 min rest
20 2hd x 5 30/30
1 min rest
10/10 x 5 30/30
This was bloody hard and I really felt just how hard it was with every single rep!!
shoulders/traps and lower back were well and truly worked - left me feeling achy and tired
