Work out as follows -
W/up 16kg swings 10/10 x 4
16kg snatch 5/5 x 4
20kg snatch 8/8 x 3
20kg snatch 10/10 x 3
2 16kg swings 10 x 5
This was tough but buy did I feel good for doing it!
Shoulders felt strong but had a noticeable clunk in the right side on the drop - but Improved as I went along
