UP N ABOUT...........

up and at em early again today - shoulders a little tender but a GOOD tender

fast 12 hrs in - not an issue - break-fast due 1030 mmmmmmmmmmm porridge and nuts (maybe or could be pork and wrap - decisions decisions!)

w/o plan for today - some sort of swings 20-30 mind, lot of sweat and loads of reps!
