SLIPPED UP BUT CORRECTIVE ACTION TAKEN........

after my work out last night i ended up eating a portion on apple crumble and custard - no biggy really but took me over my calories im afraid but......
it also mean that i started my fast period later...which in turn meant that by the time that was over id missed a meal and went straight into lunch (to break-fast) i guess this plan is quite clever really as if i stick to the rules today and dont eat after 630 in the 24 hr period i will have had pretty much the same calorie intrake as i would with out the blip/crumble?

planned work out for today is - some sort of work into rest effort to get the HR up and get it over and done with in the shortest possible time ....
