Shoulders, traps, lats and upper back were all screaming at me after yesterday's pressing workout - so decided a light swing session was in order

10 sw/tr x 5 sets 30/30
20 tr x 5 sets 30/30
500 swings 25 mins work - just the ticket! Concentrated head on keeping abs working - I can feel now (3 hrs later) that I worked my abs hard!
