16kg swings ..... Simple as!

Simple swing w/o as follows -

10 2hd x 10 sets
5/5 x 10 sets
10 sw/tr x 5 sets
10 2hd+5/5 x 5 sets
20 sw/tr x 5 sets

600 reps 27.5 mins - last 5 sets done off half the rest ie 60/30

Quite tough - strange feeling in left shoulder/neck and lower back not painful JUST OFF??

Diet all to fuck again - not sure what's wrong with me! Damned retarded it would seem!
