but after a rest day yesterday i will endeavour to workout tonight and as long as it doesnt aggravate it this is the plan -

30 x 20 1 or 2hd 20kg swings (30/30)
heres hoping! - not done this volume of swings with the 20kg before so will be interesting to see how i go
thinking of buying some powerclubs to throw into the mix with the kettlebells - but needs some thought and investment so no rush!
monday was a bad,tuesday was a good diet day and today i think will fall somewhere in the middle!
