lent day 8 - power club traing

despite my moan and groan re weight and lack of ability to deal with it head on - i have continued to show some will power by avoiding the chocolate and crisps for the 8th day on the bounce - well done to me!

power club training was like this (6kg club)-

8/8 arm cast x 4 off 30 secs rest
8/8 transverse arm cast x 4 off 30 secs rest
8/8 frontal shoulder circle x 4 off 30 secs rest
8/8 frontal arm cast x 4 off 30 secs rest
8/8 triceps extension x4 off 30 secs rest (last 2 sets assisted by other arm)

felt ok but a lot more difficult than i imagined - for most exercise i held the club 6-8 inches from the knob to allow more control of the weight - both shoulders and triceps burnt out to a frazzle!
