some improvement????

again i think the pain is maybe a little better but not that confident to work out yet

i felt reasonable most of the day yesterday and only when i got home and started throwing the kids around did it complain

the worst of it is when i lay down - i cant lay on my front or back and due to the hip pain i only have 1 side as an option - result = very little sleep

but this morning it does seem to be better again

went to the docs and asked for his opinion - he told me it was as i thought and a muscle strain - could take 6-8 weeks to heal completely!! prescribed the strongest pain killers he dare along with something to protect my stomach from the painkillers - NICE!

he did say movement would help - so rest again today - then into some light bell work tomorrow i think
