I tried training tonight - nothing too strenuous just some get ups which were ok on the left side but struggled and broke down on the right side
Windmills were better but still v uncomfortable
Tried 2 hd swings but after too reps the pain was too much
And has been very uncomfortable since
What to do? Fucked if I know - but I guess ice, rest and ibuprofen is a start
