Bought a 7lb sledgehammer / truck tire and thrown I little sledge training in amongst the bells
Still doing very little BUT doing all the same-
Saturday
5 1 hd swing l/r
5 snatch l/r
10 sledge swings l/r
Repeat about x 3
Today
5 x 20kg front squats
5/5 16kg swings
5/5 12kg snatches
10/10 sledge swings
5/5 sledge round the head
Repeat the above. 5 times
Wow enjoyed that and my quads are complaining!
Birthday tomorrow and a 6kg clubbell coming my way I hope!
