the better news is that my hip has been better too - now my initial thinking here is it may be the pain killers BUT i guess it could also be that fact that it is almost 2 weeks since i did any training to speak of - hope it is the former rather than the latter
still no training - i am feared that the pain is numbed so much i may do additional damage and not have a clue?
any road i will give some static work a go at the weekend and see what happens
