Lent day 2 - plus Thursdays workout

Not a morsel of chocolate or crisps has passed my lips once again today - so far so good eh?

Home late but managed to get a reasonable work out done -

4 rounds of -

10/10 12 kg 1 hd swings
10/10 16kg 1 hd swings
20 step ups (both feet onto tyre)
10/10 SH swings
10 overhead SH swings
10/10 clubbell laterals

This was tough work but sure glad I made the effort

Right lower back is quite tender and as per last workout - right side sore when working on left

All in all tough day - work full on and very tired so here's to a good nights sleep!
