I did a few reps and not sure how it feels?.....

Did the following with plenty of rest between sets..

3 x 2 1hd swing/2 snatch + 10 shoulder press @ 12kg

Felt nothing in my right side Doing reps - where the problem is - but did feel the pull when doing reps on the left side

Warm feeling in the painful area now

Will see how it goes and maybe repeat tomorrow or Monday
