Also yesterday I started slow as my quads and shoulders complained about Monday's workout - NICE!
Moving on to my next challenge -
I'm not a religious man by any means but I usually try and forgo something during lent and this year I'm going to do this -
Eat NO chocolate or crisps
And do at least 10 mins exercise every day
Progress report Day 1 - no chocolate or crisps have passed my lips and I played around with the clubbell for at least 10 mins
Tomorrow will be more structured as I am back to work - so wont be difficult today was very tough as it was no 2 sons birthday he is now the ripe old age of 1!! Great day although eldest son (3) struggled to accept that it was youngests day and did nothing but play up all day! To the point that he has just gone to bed and it has taken all my power not to strangle him!
