Lent day 5 - Saturdays work out

No chocolate, no crisps but I did have biscuits (home baked or course) we were making some for little ones birthday party tomorrow so had to try them it would be rude not to!

Work out was short and sweet but tough all the same and went like this-

5 rounds of -
20/20 sledgehammer swings
10 overhead sledgehammer swings
10 tyre flips
No rest between total work time +/-13 mins
