Did the following after work - daylight really makes it easier -
5 x 150ft rack walks 2 x 16kg - 1st 2-3 Felt ok last sets were very tough
5 min snatch test - 12kg - managed total of 130 reps
Felt very tired after this today but invigorated at the fact that I am training again
Hip was mighty tender when I had done and right side not brill but not a real problem
