did a little - no sign of problems - yet!

as i planned i did a little kettlebell work last night it consisted of the following -

3 x 2 1hd swing/ 2 snatch 10 shoulder press - l/r

again i felt little whilst working the affected right side - yet when working the left side i felt some discomfort through my side/oblique

so not ideal but i did train and i dont think i caused any bigger problems

rest today and repeat tomorrow?
