Shoulder presses, triceps extensions, barbell curls......

Press ladders are getting tough - I found them very hard but still not to failure
3 x 1-4 ladders 2 x 1-3 ladders @ 20kg
Triceps extensions
12kg (kbell) 20 x 5 sets
Barbell curls
26kg 10 x 5 - final set + 5/5 10kg hammer curls

This was good fun and enjoyed it outside in the sun
