Cardio=perfect form swings......

So cardio was the plan tonight - and due to my issues I'm keeping the bell size down so decided I would make every rep count OMG my abs and glutes are not going to thank me for that!
25 x 18 2hd swings @ 16kg - 450 perfect swings abs braced, glutes clenched the lot
