Arms, swings and cardio.....
Went like this - Kbell triceps extension 12kg x 20 x 2 16kg x 10/9/8 - fail Dumbbell curls 12.5kg 10/10 x 3 alternating 10l 10r x 1 2hd swings 24 kg x 15 x 10 otm
