Back at it....

Back from hols yesterday and back to training today.....

Took it easy ish  and repeated Monday workout of -

5 x 10 16kg 2hd swing
5 x 10 20kg 2hd swing
5 x 10 24kg 2hd swing
10/10 x 5 16kg snatch

Tough going sweat like a pig but its done :)
