6 x 10/10 6kg dbll kickbacks - owwww
Supersetted with..
6 x 10 12kg triceps extension (overhead)

6 x 10/10 11kg curls
Supersetted with..
6 x 5 DBL hammer curls

Oww that hurt but loved the pump..

Heavy swings to come when kids are in bed
