Clean and press......

Lack of enthusiasm today

But still got my fat behind out and did the following -

5/5 x 5 16kg clean and press
5/5 x 6 20kg clean and press
5/5 24kg push press

BIG shoulders - easy easy easy!
Felt strong but not as much control as I would like in my left shoulder
