After missing last weeks session I was back on schedule tonight and it was tough as hell - the missed week seemed to make this so much harder....
Went like this -
18 x 10 20kg powerswings
10 x 7 24kg powerswings
2 x 25 sec l/r 12kg snatch hold
2 x 25 sec l/r 16kg snatch hold
In short - knackered!
