looked forward to this for most of the day and then as it drew near i
lost interest and almost binned it in favor of a double tomorrow (like
that would have happened) - but thanks to some sunshine and a gap in the
day - i went for it like a crazed animal!!

these were good but my left shoulder is still shit - i have the power
but not the stability in the joint - resulting in pain in left rear side
