WI, Swings and a press or 2.....

WI 15.3.5 (-2)
Workout -
10/10 x 15 sets 16kg swings

3/3 16kg mil press
3/3 20kg mil press
1/1 24kg mil press

Plan was swings only but the beauty was delivered today so would have been rude not to try and press it!!

Felt v heavy but pressed it with strict form
