Heavy/power swings..........

Too chicken to head out to the dungeon in sub zero temperature I had
to take to the kitchen for tonight's workout -
Went a little like this -
Warm up 10/10 x 5 16kg swings
2hd powerswing/swing combo 20kg
1/9,2/8,3/7,4/6,5/5,6/4,7/3,8/2,9/1,10 (powerswing/swing)
5 x 2 24kg

Great workout really enjoy using the heavier kettlebell I feel like
I'm so much more in control

But my glutes/hamstrings will be complaining tomorrow!!
