today will mostly be.............
heavy swings! plan is 500 x 20kg 2hd swing - 20 x 10 + 10 x 30
followed by some 200 x 16kg 1hd swing -5/5/5/5
and if time allows some bent 1 arm rows - 16kg 10/10 x 3 + 20kg 6/6 x 5
looks easy when you write it down!
